About me
Therapeutic work is a deep passion and a privilege for me. I believe therapy can produce positive, lasting change, and I approach each therapeutic relationship with trust, partnership and respect for the uniqueness of every person’s experience.
What I value most is meeting another person and keeping them company as they share their world, helping them regain confidence, increase emotional awareness, and overcome obstacles to live a more balanced, integrated life.
I work through an integrative approach, my basic training is in humanistic-experiential therapy, processwork and CBT.
I am the founder and editor-in-chief of Naturally Balanced and the author of numerous educational programs, including a certifying course for helping professions and educators: Ecotherapy, Medical Ecology, and Biomimicry.
I am a certified ecotherapist (Pacifica Graduate Institute) and a Forest Bathing Guide (FTHub).
I conduct workshops and specialized webinars in ecopsychology and ecotherapeutic interventions dedicated to professionals.
